Refund & Returns Policy (Digital Products)

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made on brtalgo.trade (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Because we sell digital products (downloadable files, scripts, licenses, and access to digital content) for TradingView, MetaTrader 4 (MT4), and MetaTrader 5 (MT5), our return rules are different from physical goods.
1) Digital products are non-returnable
All products sold on brtalgo.trade are digital and delivered electronically. Once a digital product is delivered and/or accessed, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described below.
2) When a refund may be approved
We may approve a refund if one of the following applies:
A) Duplicate purchase
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
✅ Refund possible for the duplicate order.
B) Non-delivery or access failure
You did not receive the product, download link, or access details due to a technical issue on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
✅ Refund possible.
C) Product is defective (verified)
The product does not function as described due to a verifiable technical defect, and:
you contacted us for support,
you provided the required information (see Section 4), and
we were unable to fix the issue or provide a working solution.
✅ Refund possible (case-by-case).
3) When refunds are not provided
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind / no longer needed
Lack of trading knowledge or difficulty using the tool
Incompatibility due to your device, broker, account type, symbol, timeframe, settings, or platform limitations
You expected profits or specific performance (trading involves risk; results vary)
Market conditions changing after purchase
You did not read the product description, requirements, or instructions
You refuse or fail to provide information needed for troubleshooting
Issues caused by third-party services (TradingView, MetaTrader, brokers, VPS providers, data feeds, internet, etc.)
Misuse, modification, reverse engineering, or use of unauthorized copies
4) How to request help or a refund
Before any refund decision, we normally require you to contact support so we can troubleshoot.

Order number
Product name
Platform (TradingView / MT4 / MT5)
A clear description of the issue
Screenshots or screen recording (if possible)
Logs / error messages (MT4/MT5 Experts/Journal tabs, if relevant)
Your setup details (broker, symbol, timeframe, version/build number)
5) Time limits
Support/refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase (recommended).
We may deny requests submitted after this window.
6) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, contact us immediately. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution and can result in loss of access to products/services while the dispute is investigated.
7) Exchanges / replacements
Because these are digital items, we do not offer “returns,” but we may offer:
a replacement file,
updated version,
corrected license/access details,
or setup guidance,
when appropriate.
8) Policy updates
We may update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase.
