This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through brtalgo.ca, brtalgo.trade, and any related checkout, product, account, or support pages operated by BRT Algo (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Because we sell digital products, including downloadable files, scripts, licenses, indicators, and access to digital content for TradingView, MetaTrader 4 (MT4), and MetaTrader 5 (MT5), our return rules are different from physical goods.
This policy applies subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
All products sold through our websites are digital and delivered electronically. Once a digital product is delivered, downloaded, accessed, activated, or licensed, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense.
For that reason, all sales are final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described below.
We may approve a refund if one of the following applies:
You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
A refund may be approved for the duplicate order only.
You did not receive the product, download link, license, or access details because of a technical issue on our side, and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
A refund may be approved in this situation.
The product does not function as described because of a verifiable technical defect, and:

Trading involves risk. Our products are tools only and do not guarantee profits, trading results, or financial performance.

Support and refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
Requests submitted after 7 days may be denied or reviewed at our discretion.
If you believe a transaction is unauthorized, incorrect, duplicated, or otherwise problematic, please contact us immediately so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Filing a payment dispute or chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution process. During an active payment dispute, we may temporarily suspend access to the related product, license, account, or service while the matter is being reviewed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have with your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or under applicable law.
Because our products are digital, we do not offer traditional returns or physical exchanges.

Our products may be designed for or used with third-party platforms and services, including TradingView, MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, brokers, data providers, VPS providers, and internet services.
We are not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, limitations, errors, account issues, data-feed issues, broker-side limitations, or technical problems caused by third-party platforms or services.
BRT Algo provides digital trading tools, indicators, scripts, licenses, and related technical resources. We do not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice.
You are responsible for your own trading decisions. Trading involves risk, and past performance, examples, backtests, screenshots, signals, or tool behavior do not guarantee future results.
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase will generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or is made to clarify our existing policy.
